From 27 to 30 November, the first international export exhibition “Made in Uzbekistan” will be held in the pavilions of Uzexpocenter in Tashkent.
The purpose of the exhibition is to demonstrate the export-oriented products of domestic enterprises, the early formation of a portfolio of solid export contracts and increase the export potential of the country, as well as the establishment of sustainable and long-term cooperation with foreign partners.
“The exhibition will be attended by more than 150 domestic companies with a demonstration of a wide range of textile and leather products, carpets, dried and processed fruits and vegetables, electrical appliances and cable products, cars and agricultural equipment, metallurgical, petrochemical and other finished produces,” the Ministry of Foreign Trade reported.
The event will also include thematic conferences on achievements in the development of the industrial sector and the presentation of the export potential of Uzbekistan’s national economy.
In addition, within the framework of the exhibition, businessmen will have the opportunity to hold bilateral business meetings and negotiations, conclude firm contracts, and also visit large industrial enterprises.
More than a thousand large foreign consumers of domestic industrial products, trading companies, as well as representatives of the main foreign trade partners of Uzbekistan, including from Europe, Central Asia, Russia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, the United Arab Emirates, China, the Republic of Korea, the USA and other countries, are expected to participate.
