Bakhtiyor Umarov, Chairman of the State Committee for Tourism Development, dismissed from his post, Kun.uz correspondent reports referring to the information provided by the committee.

He was appointed head of the establishment at the end of May 2018. Prior to that he worked as the first deputy minister of innovation development.

The former head of the State Committee for Tourism Development Aziz Abdukhakimov was appointed deputy prime minister in charge of education, health care, physical education, sports and tourism.
