On Tuesday, Sept. 25, Supreme Court of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting, during which an upgraded version of the Court’s official website was presented. It has a number of information and interactive services for the people.

The website was developed by experts of the Supreme Court, the United States Agency for International Development and the United Nations Development Program “Rule of Law Partnership in Uzbekistan”.

The event was attended by heads of missions of international organizations, ambassadors of India, Pakistan and the United States, as well as representatives of the embassies of Kazakhstan, China, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

The purpose of the project is to ensure the effectiveness, openness and transparency of court sessions.

In addition, using the new version, citizens will be able to file electronic appeals and find out the schedules of court sessions.
