Batik Air to launch direct flights between Kuala Lumpur and Tashkent

At a meeting with the management of Uzbekistan Airports, representatives of the airline expressed their intention to develop the route network in the region and increase the number of flights. In turn, the management company announced that it is ready to continue to support the air carrier.

According to the company, regular flights on the route Kuala Lumpur - Tashkent - Kuala Lumpur will be operated on Airbus A330 aircraft once a week on Fridays starting December 15.

Flight schedule (local time):

Departure from Kuala Lumpur - 17:10, arrival in Tashkent - 21:35;
Departure from Tashkent - 23:15, arrival in Kuala Lumpur - 9:35 (the following day)

At the time of publication, one-way tickets with luggage start at $385.

Batik Air is an Indonesian airline headquartered in Jakarta that operates scheduled passenger flights inside the country. It is a subsidiary of the low-cost airline Lion Air.
