The Board Chairman studied the current state of all technological equipment lost in the accident at the Shurtan Gas Chemical Complex in the Guzar district, Kashkadarya region, with the participation of experts.

In particular, the radiant pipes of two of the existing pyrolysis furnaces in the complex were unusable and the condition of the catalyst for the hydrogenation of the exhaust hydrocarbons was inspected on site. It should be noted that the special high-temperature radiant pipes of these pyrolysis furnaces are one of the main technical resources of the ethylene production plant in the complex.
