The total area of the house is 12 hectares. The complex has storage warehouses (40 thousand square meters), a separate customs warehouse, as well as loading and unloading platforms for receiving containers.
According to Panchenkov, in 2020-2021, it is planned to build an open exhibition area for large-sized machinery and equipment with an area of 1,000 square meters and the arrangement of an open customs zone with an area of 1,500 square meters.
In 2021-2023, the distribution center will be supplemented with low-temperature warehouses for storing food products and pharmaceuticals. Next year, it is also planned to launch an online platform for the sale of Russian goods, the creation of a courier delivery network and centers for issuing orders in large settlements of the republic.
According to Mikhail Panchenkov, the trade turnover between Russia and Uzbekistan in the first half of 2020 increased by 18 percent, reaching $6 billion.
