According to the press service of the State Philharmonic, Kamoliddin Urinbayev previously served as the chief conductor of the national symphony orchestra (State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan), as well as the artistic director and chief conductor of the youth symphony orchestra of Uzbekistan.

In addition, he worked as a teacher at the conservatory.

Urinbayev graduated from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan and the Moscow State Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky.
