Central TV and Radio Company of China to shoot a film about Uzbekistan

This became known during a meeting at the Embassy of Uzbekistan with the Director General of the international TV channel CGTN Russian of the Central Television and Radio Corporation of China, Ding Yun, Dunyo reports.

Filming of a documentary film in cooperation between the two countries within the framework of the Silk Road Economic Belt initiative will take place in Uzbekistan and China.

According to the preliminary scenario, the documentary film will reveal the rich historical-cultural heritage of Uzbekistan and China along the Great Silk Road, centuries-old relations between the two nations, as well as the current state and prospects of the Uzbek-Chinese strategic partnership.

For this, the CGTN Russian camera crew headed by Ding Yun plans to visit Tashkent, Bukhara, Samarkand, Khiva and other ancient cities of Uzbekistan in February-March 2020, which are famous for their unique sights.

It is expected that a 60-minute film will be broadcast in China and Uzbekistan in Chinese, Uzbek, Russian and English languages.
