Turkmenistan's Deputy Minister of Culture Kurbanmurodov solemnly handed over the book “Bakhshis are heralds of national happiness”, published under the authorship of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, to the Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyar Sayfullayev. “I am glad that you are a guest of the festival, visiting from Turkmenistan, the fraternal and neighboring country. The two states leaders support the good neighborly relations and positive changes in public-political life,” Bakhtiyor Sayfullayev said.

It was also reported that on the first day of the festival, the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan Shamsiddin Orumbekzoda arrived to participate in the international event. After a sincere conversation among Ministers of Culture of the three countries, they made a memorial photo.
