On March 8-15, the IWF Youth World Championships runs in Las Vegas, USA. Our athletes are also participating successfully and becoming award winners in this tournament.

In particular, in the weight category up to 73 kilograms among men, Asadbek Narimanov won 1 gold and 2 silver medals.

Our compatriot recorded 133 kg in the snatch exercise and was awarded with gold medal. In the clean-and-jerk competitions, his result was 154 kilograms, which led to overall result of 287 kilograms and to another medal (silver).
