According Kun.uz informational sources, negotiations are underway on possibilities of holding the Turkey Super Cup – 2019 final at the stadium “Milliy” (former “Bunyodkor”) in Tashkent. The game will take place in August of this year, but the exact date is not known yet. 
 
It should be noted that such precedent is not the only one. The games for the Turkish Super Cup have been held since 1966 (with the exception of 2011, when the championship was not organized due to a corruption scandal). In the 2006, 2007, 2008 seasons, the Super Cup Games were held in German stadiums. 
 
The 2018 raffle game between clubs “Akhisar Belediyespor” and “Galatasaray” held at the stadium “Buyukshakhar”, took place on August 5 and ended with a victory of “Akhisar Belediyespor” by penalty shoot-outs. 
Galatasaray is the most title-winning club in the Super Cup championships. They won the trophy 15 times and reached but lost in 9 finals. 
 
“Fenerbakhche” won the cup 9 times. “Beshiktash” is in the third place, it participated in 20 finals, 8 of which was won. “Trabzonspor” also won the trophy 8 times. 
 
The most familiar pair for the Super Cup is “Beshiktash” – “Galatasaray”. They met 8 times and in 5 of the matches, Beshiktash won. 
 
The top scorer of the Super Cup is Khakan Shyukyur with 5 goals. 
 
It should be reminded that the champions of the Turkish Super League and the Cup of this country become rivals in the “fight” for Turkey Super Cup. 
 
Now matches of the quarter finals of the Turkish Cup are taking place. In particular, the first two matches are plated today. Reciprocal games will be held on February 26-28.

In the Turkish Super League, after 20 rounds, “Istanbul Bashakshekhir” leads with 44 points, “Galatasaray” is in second place with 36 points, followed by “Beshiktash”, “Yeni Malatyaspor” and “Trabzonspor” in the standings, scoring 33 points each.
